       Promotional Communications.<\/strong> You may opt out of receiving promotional communications from Vavve by following the instructions in those communications or changing your preferences by clicking here. If you opt out of receiving promotional communications, we may still send you non-promotional emails, such as emails about your purchases, account, membership, or our ongoing business relations, including information about your rewards and our initiatives and activities.<\/p>\n\n\n

       Location Information.<\/strong> When you first launch any of our mobile apps that collect precise location information, you will be asked to consent to the app\u2019s collection of this information. If you initially consent to our collection of such location information, you can subsequently stop the collection of this information at any time by changing the preferences on your mobile device. You can also stop our collection of location information in connection with our mobile applications by following the standard uninstall process and removing all Vavve applications from your mobile device.<\/p>\n\n

       Mobile Push Notifications\/Alerts. <\/strong>With your consent, we may send promotional and non-promotional push notifications or alerts to your mobile device. You can deactivate these messages at any time by changing the notification settings on your mobile device.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you do not want to receive promotional communications from Vavve, you can (1) update your preferences under the \u201cMy Account\u201d tab on the website or you can contact us using any of the methods above. You can also log into your account associated with your Vavve service. You also can opt out from different types of promotional emails through the \u2018unsubscribe\u2019 link in those emails. If you opt out, we may still send you non-promotional emails.<\/li>\n
       • Opt out of third-party disclosure for marketing. You may direct Vavve to stop disclosing personal information relating to you with third-parties for their marketing or other purposes by visiting our \u201cDo Not Sell My Personal Information\u201d webpage.<\/li>\n
       • Stop mobile push notifications\/alerts. We may send push notifications or alerts to your mobile device. You can stop these notifications by changing the settings on your mobile device.<\/li>\n
       • Stop SMS (text) messages. We will send you SMS (text) communications if you consent to receive them, including, for example, order and delivery status. We will also send you SMS (text) messages in case of emergency, urgent product recalls and other limited (non-marketing) instances as permitted by law.
